About me
IT specialist with experience in software development, system administration and organizational digitalization. I automate workflows, develop digital services, and integrate information systems and AI technologies. I independently manage projects from needs analysis and design through implementation and ongoing support.
Work experience
System Administrator
Developed and deployed an internal analytics dashboard at the college, with custom API integrations for SGO and Sferum to monitor user account links, identify problem areas and analyze the completion of course programs. Support the transition to using Sferum in MAX in the educational process. Responsible for the institution’s network infrastructure.
Software Engineer
Maintained the college website and its educational organization information section. Developed Sveden Checker, an application for automated preliminary checks of the section, generating reports and recommendations for correcting errors. Provided technical support for information security and government information systems, and liaised with relevant government agencies on technical matters.
Digital services and technical support
Long-term collaboration. Develop, improve and maintain the organization’s digital services. Manage the website and provide technical support for VK, Telegram and YouTube channels. Provide technical support for the nonprofit’s educational and social projects, including grant-funded initiatives in family, education and healthcare mediation.
Participant and technical staff accreditation
Checked and processed accreditation documents for forum participants and technical staff. Provided initial guidance on accreditation procedures. Communicated with international participants and embassy representatives, including in foreign languages. Event scale: over 8,500 delegates, media representatives and exhibition participants.
